Physik Warranty & Return Policy

Physik Warranty:

All Physik products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused if, for example, our customer flings a tube of Physik at a sporting rival as a means of distraction. Having said that, Physik will replace any Physik product which is found to be otherwise defective. If the exact same item is not available for replacement, Physik will offer the customer the choice of one of the three most similar items (of equal or greater value). Physik will honor this warranty regardless of place of original purchase. To initiate a warranty return, please contact our customer service: store@physikusa.com.

Returns / Exchanges

Within 60 days of your original purchase Physik will gladly and without question accept returns of unused merchandise purchased at www.physikusa.com. Refunds must be accompanied by a return authorization from Physik Customer Service. Your refund, which will not cover shipping charges from us, or to us, will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Physik can only accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on www.physikusa.com. Samples or items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
